Senior Program Officer

Yasemin Olcay holds a BA in Business Finance from Durham University in the UK, and is currently a Global Diplomacy student at SOAS University,London. 

With 8 years of experience in the migration context in Turkey under her belt, she has focused on gender and conflict sensitive Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Management, and has experience reporting to donors such as ECHO, DANIDA, UN, PRM, Sida, and the EU, in collaboration with partners such as ILO, UNHCR, Turkish Employment Agency, and the Swedish Union of Local Authorities and Regions. In addition, she has 4 years of communications and governmental liaison experience, having worked with the US Embassy and Danish Refugee Council.

Yasemin currently serves as Senior Program Officer at i-APS, providing technical guidance in evaluations for organizations such as CARE, Save the Children and UNDP.
