Senior Project Manager, Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) and Research

Tuul obtained a BA in Linguistics in Mongolia and was awarded a MSc in Public Health from the University of the West of England (UK). In her previous positions, as a researcher and project officer, she was involved in various international projects linked to public health, disaster management and climate change. She managed projects funded by USAID, UNFPA, WHO and other UN and European Union funded project. She is a Project Manager for i-APS responsible for coordinating and managing a complex third-party monitoring project for UNFPA. In this role, Tuul is managing a design of over 30 data collection tools, methods and processes, managing last mile pharma monitoring activities, supply chain management, protection centers, also managing hospitals. Tuul is overseeing a group of 6 international and national experts, 2 data analysis unit members, field operations of over 40 field monitors, and reporting departments.
