Luisa is a Graphic Designer with over 6 years of experience working on diverse creative projects. She specializes in User Experience (UX) design for digital platforms and excels in conducting user research and collaborating with other professionals to enhance digital product usability and aesthetic consistency. Luisa holds an M.F.A diploma in Graphic Design from Iowa State University, where she explored the correlation between empathy and emotional intelligence in graphic design. Currently, she works at i-APS as a UI/UX lead designer, redefining the user interface (UI) design and user-flow planning of various projects and products including for KAP brand.
