Data Analysis Unit Coordinator
Gladys Siele is an accomplished statistician with extensive expertise in data collection, analysis, and visualization. She graduated with a major in statistics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and has since honed her skills in monitoring and evaluation within the humanitarian sector, particularly in sexual reproductive health (SRH) and humanitarian assistance.
Currently, Gladys is the Data Analysis Unit (DAU) Coordinator at i-APS. In this capacity, she coordinates a team of data analysts and also plays a critical role in the development of sampling methodologies that support the i-APS diverse projects. She is involved in different projects including USAID, UNFPA, UNDP, and various third-party monitoring and evaluation projects. Gladys’ expertise extends to qualitative data analysis using KAPinsights, ATLAS.ti, and geographic mapping using GIS, and she is proficient in multiple data collection softwares including KAPsurvey and analytical software including SPSS, Microsoft Excel, STATA, and data visualization in Looker Studio. Her leadership and technical skills are vital in driving the effectiveness of i-APS’s global activities.
