Catherine is a Venezuelan Sociologist (UCAB 1997) and entrepreneur, with studies in Political Science, Corporate Social Responsibility (USB - 2007), as well as Vulnerable Communities and Conflict Zones (Pontificia U. Javeriana - Colombia 2010). She has been working for 15 years in the management of community social projects in rural and indigenous regions. Much of her work has consisted of directing the social aspects of inter-institutional cooperation projects in the public sector and with NGOs. She has also implemented Technical Cooperation Agreements between Venezuela and Multilateral Agencies (for example, IDB and WB). Likewise, she has managed key elements in Non-Governmental Organizations, working as an ally with other organizations for the joint implementation of social projects. Her areas of interest are data analysis, index formulation and quantitative sociological aspects
