Business Development Manager

Ardita brings a unique blend of data analysis and business development expertise to her work at i-APS via its affiliate KS-APS. Ardita has years of experience in bussiness management, data design, people centered designed and team management. Ardita holds a degree in Economics from the University of Prishtina and has completed several courses at the Academy of Data Science by Creative Hub Kosovo. Her previous experience includes working as an Analyst where she assisted in project proposal writing, data analysis, formatting and interpreting results. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Officer at i-APS and a General Manager at KS-APS, Ardita is managing the team and efforts on identifying new opportunities and conducting the feasibility analysis (go no-go decision-making process). Her responsibilities include leading/following up the entire project proposals process for i-APS Global, from researching and analyzing requests for proposals, short-listing the ones applicable to i-APS and its affiliates, establishing project proposal development tracking systems, creating proposal templates and preparing submission packages.
