Ardita is a skilled professional at i-APS, bringing a unique combination of data analysis and business development expertise. With years of experience in business management, data design, people-centered design, and team management, she has a strong foundation for her work.

Ardita holds a degree in Economics from the University of Prishtina and has further enhanced her skills through courses at the Academy of Data Sciences. Her previous experience as a Senior Analyst involved assisting in project proposal writing, data analysis, formatting, and interpreting results.

In her current role as a Senior Business Development Manager at i-APS, Ardita is responsible for managing the team and identifying new opportunities. She conducts feasibility analyses to determine if projects are worth pursuing, leading and following up on the entire project proposal process for i-APS Global. Her responsibilities include researching and analyzing requests for proposals, shortlisting applicable ones, establishing tracking systems, creating proposal templates, and preparing submission packages. Ardita is also prime point of contact for several IDIQ and Long Term Agreements with UNICEF, UNHCR, WFP and OCHA.
