Team Leader, Third Party Monitoring, Evaluations
Anne-Sophie is a seasoned development professional with over 15 years of experience working on international development programs. She holds degrees in International Relations and Development Policies from Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Her career has taken her to various countries, including Senegal, Tunisia, France, Turkiye and Morocco. She has primarily worked for donors, such as USAID/BHA, EU, and the French cooperation and a private foundation, where she managed civil society support programs focused on local development, human rights, civic engagement, and women empowerment.
From 2020 to 2023, Anne-Sophie served as the Program Coordinator at CARE. In this role, she oversaw the implementation, monitoring and program design and development functions.
In 2024, Anne-Sophie joined i-APS as a Team Leader and Technical Expert with a particular focus on project and team management for Third Party Monitoring (TPM) Assignments (UN OCHA, UNICEF Activities and LTAs) and Managing Performance Evaluations in Mali (WFP Activity). She is responsible for organizing and managing ongoing TPM and Evaluation work and activities in Syria, Sudan, Mali, as well as providing technical expertise in project design, implementation, and management.
