Programs' Quality and Data Management Manager

Ahlam is helping in preparing and reviewing i-APS Yemen manuals, supporting proposals writing, reporting, and ensuring data quality as programs and data quality manager. She is also managing several projects at i-APS Yemen. She has 7 years of experience in working with NGOs in many humanitarian activities. She has graduated from the English Education department in Yemen. During the same period, Ahlam was working as an M&E assistant in the MEAL Unit. Then as a program assistant at the same Unit. She worked on following up on the project progress and documentation on the Portal365 system. One of her great jobs was being a trainer and capacity building specialist. She trained more than 100 people on how to write proposals and manage the project by using the Portal365 system.
