Capacity Building:

📅 Between 2022 till Feb 2024, i-APS has implemented online courses on KoBo Toolbox. Participants were from different institutions such as Universities of Khartoum, Kassala, Nayala, El Genena, North Darfur and Gadaref; Sudanese Red Crescent Society Volunteers in Kassala, North and River Nile states and Welthungerhilfe staff in Kassala as well as Red Sea states. 

Participants from Federal Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning as well as Humanitarian Aid Commission are also trained. Online course outlines included:

• Principles of Data collection
• How to develop forms using Kobo Toolbox's form builder integrating skip logic, validation logic, calculated fields, translations and cascading selects
• How to deploy the forms on smart devices including tweaking settings and options on your fleet of mobile devices used to collect survey data
• How to manage data uploaded to Kobo Toolbox by viewing, editing, accepting, downloading it and creating custom data visualization reports
